My name is Shan but you can call me the Travel Queen.
By no stretch of the imagination have I “arrived” as ruler of the travel kingdom but I’m doing everything in my power to make sure that I keep moving forward towards that goal.
I worked for the travel industry for 4 years, off the piers of Vancouver, studied abroad (Japan), backpacked through parts of Europe with a 7 month old, camped in a tent near my nations capital when I was 8 months pregnant, zip-lined through the forests of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, got sea-sick in a Zodiak off the coast of Kauai, Hawaii and loose my Canadian accent each and every time I travel through the Southern states.
My dream trip… is to get to the Mediterranean!
