I’ve started this blog to journal my trips and travels across this beautiful land of Canada and beyond, not quite worldwide yet… but getting there!
I’ve been wanting to do this for years now, ever since my hubby and I backpacked through parts of Europe with our first born, he was 7 months old at the time. A friend of mine used to have an online travel log and she always encouraged me to share my journeys. So this post is dedicated to her, thanks SG for your love and encouragement and support over all these years.
What should you expect out of this blog?
Travel stories, photos, travel tips, informational tidbits & articles. Not just from me though… I want to hear from you! There’s an email address in the “About” page, send me your stories, with a picture please!!

I love Road Trips!
We travelled across Canada from the Queen Charlotte Islands in BC to St Catherines in Ontario 8years ago in the fall. We then drove back to BC in the winter via the states to Winnipeg and then to Vancouver over the rockies, so exciting. The fall colors in Ontario were breathtaking especially after living in BC for so many years. Jim had not seen this before and he almost drove off the road!!! We now live in Ontario and even though I miss the ocean, I absoultely love it here. Hopefully, we will spend our thanksgiving day driving up north looking for those colors we love.
